We currently offer 3 Program levels to choose from
Beginners [60 min] In the introductory level, Yogis are introduced to the basics of Yoga: asanas from different posture groups, alignments, pranayama and meditation techniques. It will include easy flows followed by holding poses.
Intermediate [60 min] In the Intermediate level, as Yogis get familiar with the flow and terminology, they are introduced to more complex flows and poses, while continuing to hone on meditation and breathing techniques.
Advanced [90 min] In the advance level, Yogis focus on refining the poses, increasing their strength & endurance by holding them longer and go into more advanced flows and deeper meditation levels.
